Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for meeting the defined SLAs, KPI reporting
  • Actively participate in projects, improvements and standardization process
  • Deliver consistent quality across Herbalife businesses, functions and regions
  • Actively communicate with internal customers and business units to ensure smooth process of cash application
  • Take care of compliance with financial policies and procedures, particularly in relation to the matching of purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices, and the appropriate authorization of invoices.
  • Take care of daily allocation of incoming payments
  • Research payment discrepancies
  • Prepare order adjustment
  • Take care of refunds processing
  • Follow up on the issues related to cash application
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, status updates
  • Communicate with other team related orders
  • Take care of the correctness of the data
  • Take care of daily analysis of unapplied wires
  • Communicate and clarify differences with the Member operation team
  • Take care of month End Close activities
  • Interact with all levels of the Global Business Services Centre Krakow and process. stakeholders from other Herbalife entities
  • Have the possibility to actively propose improvements as part of own area of responsibilities

Our requirements

  • First experience in finance, accounting, or related fields is a big plus
  • High education in accounting/finance or/and another related field
  • Very good command of English – min. B2 level
  • MS Office, Oracle (or the other ERP system) knowledge
  • Experience of Excel to at least intermediate level
  • High customer service skills - emails and calls handling
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Customer focused individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SSC or Outsourcing environment is very welcome
