About the project

  • The IT Manager acts as the central interface between the business (Home Healthcare Business Line) and Digital & IT, ensuring seamless IT operations for both sites and office environments across the company’s locations within the country.
  • The role is responsible for maintaining IT service continuity, leading and developing the local IT team, and implementing projects and strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Single Point of Contact for Departments & Business Stakeholders: Act as the primary IT contact for local business units and sites, addressing their IT needs, aligning IT services with business goals, and ensuring effective communication between IT and business stakeholders.
  • IT Operations at Local Sites: Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure across all locations, minimizing downtime and providing stable and reliable IT services to support office activities.
  • Implementation of IT Projects in the BL Projects Portfolio Drive the execution of local, regional, and global IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with corporate objectives, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Data Protection and IT Security: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and IT security standards by implementing necessary measures to safeguard systems and data at all sites.
  • Compliance Assurance Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, ensuring that all IT activities and systems align with established guidelines.
  • Collaboration with IT Organizations Work closely with other IT teams, such as regional clusters or the central IT organization, to ensure alignment on standards, strategies, and solutions while fostering cooperation across all levels.
  • Managing Local IT Teams & change management Manages & develops direct reports.Implements new solutions & IT change management in organization.

Our requirements

  • Leadership and Team Management Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a local IT team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Educational background: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • IT Operations Expertise Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, with the ability to manage complex IT environments supporting both production and office functions.
  • Business and IT Alignment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business needs with IT services and strategies effectively.
  • Project Management Experience in planning and implementing IT projects, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across local, regional, and global initiatives.
  • Compliance and Security Awareness In-depth knowledge of IT security standards, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and corporate compliance requirements to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Collaboration Skills Ability to work with cross-functional and international IT teams, aligning local IT efforts with global strategies and initiatives.
  • Communication skills: Polish Fluent , English advanced.
  • Other: Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, Communication and Stakeholder Management, Adaptability and Resilience, Business Acumen.
