About the project

• Power BI Analyst builds, delivers, and ensures a powerful, frictionless payment experience for OEC customers. Collaborates regularly with external payment partners and customers, as well as other internal teams, including customer experience, engineering, finance, and compliance.

Your responsibilities

• Develops ownership of payments-related processes and collaborates with internal and external partners to improve and optimize the end-to-end delivery of payments.
• Manages ongoing analysis and tasks related to payment operations.
• Triages, prioritizes and answers system, processes and data queries from the Payments team, and other cross-functional teams.
• Builds reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI and other internally developed systems for key reporting needs.
• Provides data analysis and reporting to drive payments business growth, improvement, and efficiency.
• Drives efforts to operationalize and automate ongoing operational tasks.
• Creates user-friendly documentation and enablement materials.
• Gains and maintains a deep understanding of the OEC payments business, products, and processes.
• Identifies gaps in current systems, policies, and strategies, and recommends enhancements and process improvements.

Our requirements

• Solid work experience in data science or business analytics, and a prior background working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Skilled at working with large data sets, especially in analyzing large imperfect data sets to solve problems and creating scalable reports and dashboards or ad-hoc analysis.
• The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and solutions oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak fluent English at B2/C1 level.
• Occasional travel of once per year is expected.
