About the project

• The role holder will be tasked with supporting projects run by Cloud Security Controls team for uplifts in how Cybersecurity and related controls are designed and operate on Cloud, assisting with Team’s governance processes, planning activities and reporting of progress.

Your responsibilities

• Working with the Control Owners, Security Architecture, 2LoD (Risk Mgmt) and Chief Control Office (Technology) to ensure alignment and facilitation for projects and activities run by Cloud Security Controls Team;
• Working with the Control Owners and other stakeholders to ensure that governance for Cybersecurity controls on Cloud and their measurement is followed in accordance with our frameworks and industry best practices;
• Coordinating work of multiple stakeholders to ensure required uplifts are made to how Cybersecurity risk/technical controls are designed and operate in Cloud;
• Facilitating/Administrating meetings and forums;
• Updating Team’s Operating Model, procedures, and Confluence pages Managing Epics/Stories/Tasks in JIRA
• Defining business requirements and partaking in UATs of future developments serving Team’s goals

Our requirements

• Experience at working at an operational level in international environments which drive a true international perspective
• Experience in managing stakeholders including the Group CISO, Cybersecurity Leadership and staff, Chief Controls Office and 2LoD Risk teams
• Experience with Technology risks and controls
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity (including Cloud Security) – at least a generalist
• Understanding of metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KCIs, KRIs, KPIs) is a must
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
• Ability to translate difficult IT concepts into business-friendly language
• Technical writing skills and highly proficient use of written English is required
• Team-oriented mentality combined with ability to complete tasks independently toa high quality standard
