About the project

  • Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists.   • The PBS Technology department handles all technical aspect related to the implementation of projects in the SAP environment. This mainly involves programming, not only in ABAP and SAPUI5, but also in the BTP environment (Java and Node.js), CX, and system integration (PI/CPI). Our architects also participate in the client bidding process and in the design of IT solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • apply ITIL processes and manage ITSM tools (e.g., Clarity, JIRA) for Incident, Change, and Release Management;
  • maintain and integrate Teamcenter implementations, including installations and configurations;
  • address customer queries and enhancement requests, ensuring product support;
  • serve as a technical and functional expert in PLM and Teamcenter Quality modules;
  • develop and maintain user documentation and technical guides.

Our requirements

  • expertise in Teamcenter maintenance and support;
  • strong experience with Teamcenter integrations and Active Workspace;
  • bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • experience in Teamcenter PLM (preferably with a focus on Quality Management);
  • familiarity with ITIL frameworks and related certifications;
  • excellent analytical skills and communication abilities;
  • proficiency in English.

Optional

  • Teamcenter Administration/Configuration experience;
  • experience with ITSM tools.
