Your responsibilities

• Effectively communicate by e-mail, telephone, and in person with EMEA vendors, Raw Materials suppliers and internal departments daily about all aspects of the raw material approval process.
• Collect documents related to a specific checklist and work with internal departments to process the required information for approval and keep on the required timeline.
• Build and maintain EMEA raw material database. Assure accurately and up to date are available.
• Assure compliance of raw materials with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, EU and other EMEA markets as well with Herbalife’s internal quality standards. Expected to manage multi-department projects to achieve RM compliance within the set timescale.
• Maintain the products in the portfolio updated according to the requirements/business needs.
• Follow up on requests status and be the first line of support in case of raw materials queries.
• Upon request, support the EMEA product monitoring program for the EMEA product formulations.

Our requirements

• First experience in a Quality function or related work experience is strongly preferred.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in life science area (preferably in chemistry, food science, biotechnology, biology or nutrition).
• Very good command of English, min. B2 level.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
