Your responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for achieving the sales department’s performance targets – including budget execution and quarterly/annual goals.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new B2B clients (retail chains, wholesalers, distributors).
  • Actively driving product sales and achieving set sales targets.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and terms of cooperation with key business partners.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales order process – from planning through to delivery.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and changes in sales channels.
  • Preparing periodic sales reports and performance analyses with recommendations for senior management.
  • Controlling payment schedules and collaborating with the finance team on receivables.
  • Leading and developing the sales team – setting goals, giving regular feedback, motivating and coaching team members.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and cooperating closely with other departments (marketing, logistics, planning).

Employer requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a sales managerial position within the FMCG sector (preferably in food category).
  • Proven track record in growing sales and managing key client relationships in modern trade channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading sales teams and achieving performance through people.
  • Solid understanding of order management, receivables control, and sales budgeting.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to prepare forecasts and market analyses.
  • Results-driven approach, strong sense of ownership, and high level of responsibility.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Poland and potentially abroad
