Your responsibilities

• Recreating web pages on the basis of already existing ones.
• Revising the content for words including regional spelling variations, typos and outdated information.
• Optimising the images used across the website, using given web tools: converting images to specified formats, creating SEO friendly alt texts to the images on website, setting correct image cropping using CMS or external tools
• Visual adjustment of migrated web pages, including CSS styling done with visual UI (no coding is required).
• Reporting technical issues spot across the website.

Our requirements

• Excellent knowledge of written english, and the ability to proofread given content.
• Prior experience with web content work (ideally with Umbraco CMS).
• Good understanding of best SEO practices.
• Content editor is a person responsible for migrating existing content onto a new web platform. The job requires basic understanding of HTML and CSS structure, but doesn’t include writing the code itself - pages are being migrated only via Umbraco CMS.
• Role doesn’t require any content writing - it’s focused purely on migrating and refining already existing web pages.
