Your responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for external customer orders received via email
  • You ensure that these customer orders are entered accurately and completely into the SAP system
  • You make sure that any orders requiring clarification are forwarded to the relevant department in the sales subsidiary

Our requirements

  • You have a basic proficiency in working with computer systems
  • You have a general understanding of commercial processes, from order entry to billing
  • You communicate fluently in English (B2) and have a working knowledge of German (B1)

Optional

  • Experience in setting up and integrating Shared Service Center (SSC) processes
  • Work experience in a global organizational environment
  • Experience with SAP systems
