About the project

• The H2R (Hire to Retire) department in our IT corporation specializes in providing comprehensive HR services for external clients. We collaborate with renowned, well-known brands in different sectors like food or energy. Our services include HR system support, ranging from payroll processing to talent management, helping our clients effectively manage human resources and optimize HR processes.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the payroll processing for clients and performing daily operations on client systems.
• Communicating with clients in German, both via email and phone.
• Analyzing system errors and proposing solutions.
• Performing basic configurations of the SAP HCM system according to client requirements.
• Engaging in project work and participating in project meetings.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in German at B2/C1 level.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge about German payroll, German labor law, etc.
• Willingness to learn to work with SAP ERP and SuccessFactors systems.
• Ability to learn independently.
• Analytical thinking.
