Your responsibilities

• Management of warehouse team - organization of work, creation of schedules, development of employees' competence, control of productivity.
• Planning warehouse operations - receiving, storage, picking and releasing goods in accordance with the production schedule and customer orders.
• Inventory control - regular inventories, analysis of shortages and surpluses, verification of material rotation.
• Warehouse space optimization - effective management of warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline logistics flows.
• Coordination of transport logistics - internal, container, shipping (organization and cooperation with domestic and foreign carriers).
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations - health and safety, documentation requirements, operational and quality procedures.
• Operation of warehouse systems - working in Symfonia system and other ERP/WMS tools (data entry, document generation, control of information flow).
• Reporting and analysis of warehouse and logistics data - KPIs, inventory reports, team performance indicators, recommendations for improvements.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a logistics and warehouse management position.
• Practical experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing company (required).
• Very good knowledge of warehouse systems, including Symfonia.
• Experience in internal, container, and shipping logistics, including cooperation with both Polish and international carriers.
• Strong team organization skills and excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• High level of independence, responsibility, and the ability to solve operational and logistics-related problems.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse standards.
