Twój zakres obowiązków

• Establish and lead the R&D function within the Węgrów manufacturing site.
• Serve as a strategic link between Berlin HQ R&D and local production teams, ensuring alignment and efficient handover from development to manufacturing.
• Develop, optimize, and scale formulations — from lab prototypes to commercial production — with a focus on encapsulation technologies.
• Ensure all products meet organic, bio-certified, and clean-label standards while maintaining technical feasibility and cost-efficiency.
• Take ownership of commercialization efforts for new Sunday brand products, in coordination with the central R&D team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders in QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends, raw materials, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive innovation edge.
• Provide technical guidance during production trials, validations, and technology transfers.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards relevant to the supplement and nutraceutical industry.
• Support third-party business development initiatives by delivering technical insights and innovation strategies in client and partner discussions.

Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in R&D and Product Development within the dietary supplements or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Solid experience in formulation development and manufacturing processes, ideally with a focus on capsule production and encapsulation.
• Demonstrated ability to scale lab-developed formulations to full production scale.
• Strong understanding of natural ingredients, organic certifications, and clean-label product development.
• Proven track record in leading innovation projects and managing cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset, able to work at both strategic and operational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to work effectively across departments and cultures.
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a strong advantage.
