Your responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to the contract/frame agreement and achieving Project Profit & Loss objectives.
• Ensure project delivery according to specified Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements and project schedule.
• Ensure fulfillment of the Frame Agreement/Purchase Order/Contract, particularly regarding time, scope, and quality.
• Create a structured work distribution and an efficient work organization in a positive and motivating work environment.
• Maintain close contact with customers and subcontractors.
• Delegate and follow up on work tasks, ensuring proper documentation of contractual communication.
• Keep all relevant parties updated on project progress and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to current HSE rules and agreed-upon quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of work instructions, procedures, job descriptions, and quality plans.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.

• Knowledge of the wind industry and technical expertise in related areas.
• Preferably practical education in a subject relevant to the wind industry.
• +5 years of relevant experience in project management of complex projects in the area of Wind Industry and OEMs’.
• Experience in management areas of project related to service scope.
• Proficient in written, spoken, and comprehension of English language.
