Your responsibilities

• Work on brand new LLM functionality to improve call center experience for millions of customers.
• Design and develop efficient backend solutions based on Python.
• Evaluate new technologies and their integration into current codebase through research sprints.
• Share technical knowledge and actively participate in code reviews.
• Take ownership of tasks from inception to completion while maintaining business context focus.

Employer requirements

• 7+ years of proficiency in backend engineering.
• Experience with highly scalable real-time Python applications.
• Solid experience with FastAPI, pytest, and MongoDB.
• Ability and willingness to mentor, lead and share knowledge with peers.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently, proven by past projects and direct communication with development teams.
• Passion for writing clean and modular code that is easy to maintain, update, test and scale.
• Experience with version control systems, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Optional

• Experience with LLMs: GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Langchain, Prompt engineering, LLM finetuning.
• ML experience and knowledge of popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Kubernetes.
• Understanding of data privacy considerations in AI model development and deployment.
• Knowledge of NLP and machine learning frameworks.
