Your responsibilities

  • We’re looking for a true automation enthusiast - someone who loves building workflows that save hours, optimising CRM processes, and connecting multiple tools into one seamless system.
  • What You’ll Do:
  • • Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM for sales and marketing processes.
  • • Build and automate multi-step lead generation campaigns.
  • • Use various tools to identify and qualify prospects.
  • • Integrate HubSpot with different providers and analytics platforms for live reporting.
  • • Create automated contact sequences and nurture flows.
  • • Analyse customer data and segment audiences for targeted outreach.
  • • Continuously test and improve automation and prospecting strategies.

Our requirements

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • • Proven experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
  • • Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting tools.
  • • Ability to analyze data and segment customers.
  • • Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • • Analytical, self-driven, and proactive mindset.
  • • English B2+ level.

Optional

  • • Knowledge of business analytics tools (Power BI, Databox, Causal) is a plus.
