About the project

• B2B: 1200 - 1400 PLN netto/dziemmie
• Tech Lead Python (Python, AWS/Azure)
• Location: Poland (Warsaw – hybrid work, 2–3 days per week on site)
• Travel: 2–3 trips per year to Denmark (approx. 1 week each)
• Role Overview
• You’ll be joining a newly formed cross-functional team that includes a Product Owner, statisticians, and a UX/UI specialist. You’ll play a central role in shaping the technical direction, building the team, and delivering a scalable product. This is a balanced role that combines technical leadership with hands-on development — especially in the early stages. You will be expected to write production-grade code, make key architectural decisions, and mentor developers as the team grows.

Your responsibilities

• Design and build the MVP architecture using Python, cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), and VueJS
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers
• Collaborate with statisticians to integrate complex mathematical models into the product
• Drive technical decisions under uncertainty and solve problems quickly
• Ensure high-quality releases through modern CI/CD pipelines
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement

Our requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in a similar leadership role
• Deep expertise in Python as one of your primary programming languages
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), particularly PaaS services and multi-layered architecture
• Comfortable working with VueJS or similar frontend frameworks
• Proven track record in leading software engineering teams and mentoring others
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Passion for delivering user-centric solutions that solve real-world problems
