We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Start date: mid-August
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the reception and company switchboard and directing calls appropriately
Coordinating meeting room bookings and managing shared Outlook calendars and emails
Registering and processing incoming invoices
Logging and coordinating the circulation of incoming correspondence
Handling post and courier deliveries
Performing general administrative tasks such as printing, binding, and scanning
Assisting colleagues with invoice-related inquiries and document preparation
Supporting ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Coordinating the document signing process
Providing assistance to colleagues with various administrative requests
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
