About the Company:

Zemits is an international brand of professional aesthetic equipment with offices in the USA, the UK, Europe, and Asia. We develop high-tech solutions for beauty and aesthetic medicine and are actively expanding our presence across global markets through long-term partnerships.

We are currently looking for an Export Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our European expansion and manage partner relations across key countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of the export direction for the Zemits brand in Europe

  • Manage and support existing partners: communication, coordination, and sales development

  • Identify and engage new partners and potential distributors across European markets

  • Conduct negotiations and product presentations in English (Zoom, email, and in-person meetings)

  • Participate in international trade shows and prepare commercial offers

  • Coordinate cooperation terms, manage documentation, and update CRM records

  • Support marketing and product launches in collaboration with local partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in equipment, beauty, wellness, or medical tech sectors

  • Proven track record in identifying and growing international partnerships

  • Strong understanding of international sales, documentation processes, and working with large partners

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) — required

  • Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian — required

  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently

  • Experience using CRM systems and understanding sales cycles
