We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in business process mapping and delivering AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform — with a particular focus on Now Assist Skills and Now Assist Agents. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize intelligent workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop modules for memory, perception, planning, environment modeling, and state persistence.
2. Integrate with LLMs, vector databases, toolchains, and APIs.
3. Create tools for agent lifecycle management, communication, coordination, and recovery.
4. Collaborate with research and engineering teams to test, optimize, and deploy new features.
