Essential Skills and Experience Required:

• Knowledge of Web Application Development: Understanding of application components, communication methods, and types of databases.
• Familiarity with SAP Production Modules and Transactions: Ability to utilize them for analysis (e.g., production execution, material master, quality management, etc.).
• Database Navigation Skills: Proficiency in navigating and managing databases.
• Understanding of Virtualization Concepts: Most solutions are cloud-based, but some are on-premise.
• High Proactivity and Engagement: Lack of preparation can escalate issues quickly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PowerBI
• Experience with MES Systems
• Experience with Machine Communication and Controllers (e.g., PLC)

We are actively seeking a Business Analyst/Solution Architect to strengthen our team. IT Manufacturing team is responsible for implementation of the MES ECS application into the Hitachi factories. In the team there are 3 PMs and already 2 BAs/Solution Architects. Also testers, BA and app configurators in the team. 3 Avenga people in the team already working.

Your responsibilities

1. Analyze the current configuration of each factory in the ERP system (SAP) to understand existing processes and prepare the project approach.
2. Utilize knowledge of production processes, particularly related to transformers and their components, as well as other elements of energy networks.
3. Hold meetings with the dedicated factory team to clarify doubts and prepare for on-site workshops.
4. Collect data such as factory layout, workstations, and information about production lines to create workflow and production process diagrams.
5. Conduct workshops with the project team (Project Manager, testers, configurators, etc.) at the factory to refine details, confirm processes, and verify collected information.
6. Develop a solid framework of the factory's production model based on diagrams, factory processes, and layout.
