• 3+ years of professional experience in software release/change management
• Previous experience working in a regulated or validated environment(e.g., pharma, finance, etc.)
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with ITIL framework (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus or to be completed within 6 months)
• Technical background (degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience)
• Strong coordination and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in defining and improving release-related processes
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset

We are looking for an experienced Technical Release Manager to support one of our key technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and release management processes, particularly in regulated or validated environments. This role will require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality software releases.

This is a strategic position that combines release coordination, technical oversight, and process optimization. You'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful and compliant software deployments.

Your responsibilities

1. Plan, manage, and coordinate software releases across multiple teams and workstreams
2. Maintain oversight of release scope, timelines, and potential risks
3. Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure readiness for production releases
4. Ensure that releases are compliant with internal standards and operate within validated environments
5. Continuously improve release processes and implement best practices
6. Act as the point of contact for all release-related communications
