Your responsibilities

1. Lead full-cycle hiring processes: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
2. Act as a strategic hiring partner to managers — understand business needs and advise on recruitment strategies
3. Source proactively, using creative and data-driven methods
4. Assess candidates not just on skills, but culture fit and potential
5. Be involved in refining our ATS setup — from process optimization to templates, reporting, and resource structuring
