Requirements description

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of program management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in working with data integration, automation, and technology roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Offer description

For our client, a company from pharmaceutical area, we realize a recruitment process on the position Product Owner.

Your responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy: Develop a future system strategy and technology roadmap aligned with the Commercial IT enterprise strategy.
2. Vendor Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for engaging with vendors such as Axtria, Solutionec, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
3. Scoping & Planning: Scope initiatives and projects, engaging relevant stakeholders to determine needs and plan accordingly.
4. Budget Oversight: Oversee the overall program budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
5. Self-Service Model Implementation: Drive the transition from a Global Business Services (GBS) FTE model to a local Commercial Excellence (CE) Analyst operating model, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
6. Roadmap Development: Lead the automation and data integration roadmap in basis the IO Customer Data Platform (CDP).
