Requirements description

• Relevant experience in a similar, compliance-related role within an IT organization

• Internal auditor experience (certified for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2023)

The company maintains an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2023 and TISAX VDA 6.0. We are looking for an Integrated Management System Coordinator who will support us in maintaining and improving our IMS.

This is a highly independent and cross-functional role where you will wear multiple hats – balancing analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and compliance responsibilities. If you’re analytical, people-oriented, and passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and structured documentation – this role is for you.

Your responsibilities

1. Oversee and coordinate company-wide compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal standards
2. Collaborate with all departments to ensure procedures are followed and well-documented
3. Maintain Integrated Management System documentation in accordance with relevant ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirements
4. Prepare and deliver internal trainings to ensure IMS awareness amongst all employees
5. Support teams and projects in fulfilling IMS requirements
6. Propose new ideas for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the IMS and collaborate with process owners to drive their implementation
