Offer description

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery, coach teams, and ensure the successful execution of projects across infrastructure and software development. You’ll guide Agile teams through delivery processes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with developers, product owners, and IT leadership to keep projects on track, remove impediments, and help teams work effectively across different stacks and locations.

Your responsibilities

1. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across Scrum or Kanban teams
2. Support product owners in backlog management and aligning sprint goals with business priorities
3. Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and drive improvements based on insights
4. Identify and remove impediments, escalate risks when needed
5. Encourage team autonomy, learning, and continuous improvement
6. Act as a communication bridge between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
