Our recruitment process - step by step

1. Interview with one of the HR members - After submitting your CV and assessing your qualifications, anticipate a call from us. During the conversation, we'll share more info about our company, discuss your experience and English proficiency.
2. If everything goes well, you will receive a technical task to do from us.
3. After a positive outcome, we will arrange a conversation with a technical person from our side who will carry out the technical part.
4. Interview with our CEO with feedback from both sides.
5. Welcome to our team!

Your responsibilities

1. Creating themes for WordPress in full-stack methodology (both front-end and back-end)
2. Development of plugins for WordPress, integrators and specific functionalities
3. Development of our proprietary framework - Wombat - prepared specifically for WordPress, and a library of modules
4. Participation in group projects (with the participation of several developers)
5. Keeping up with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and updates to ensure optimal implementation
