Your responsibilities

  1. You will be part of a team of 15 analysts, handling the customer’s requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests).
  2. You will manage the follow-up of cases and ensure the update of documentation
  3. You will take care of customer systems and infrastructure by monitoring them using monitoring tool and by contacting appropriate technical teams
  4. Working hours: 07.00 - 19.00 (in 3 shifts) Monday – Friday.
