Requirements description

We are looking for an Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role combines event coordination for our events with supporting our business development efforts. We’d love to hear from you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy working collaboratively to foster partnerships!

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (other language is not needed)
  • Confident, articulate and professional communication with new US-native contacts and partners via phone, email and other channels
  • Tech-savvy, precise personality with a deep interest in digital tools
  • Some sales experience, either as a Sales Representative or through organizing sales-focused events
  • Experience in paid in-person professional events

Your responsibilities

  1. build the continuously growing B2B network of our US headquarters
  2. reach out to companies and departments, who could achieve their business goals with relevant events or modern, custom-developed web and mobile applications
  3. Manage partnerships; ensure smooth communication with potential and existing partners
  4. be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our US-based in-person event series, while you are working remotely. Among others, that includes online ticket sales, sponsorships, and promotion across channels. Your role does not include any travel at all, our CEO and COO are there in person, and you support them.
  5. Maintain our CRM database
  6. Support the day-to-day marketing and sales activities of our CEO & COO (like scheduling meetings, booking conferences, sending follow-ups, etc.)
