As a Backend Engineer (Java), you’ll join one of our core cross-functional mission teams and play a key role in building the core banking systems of tomorrow. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our backend architecture and help shape a product that puts customers at its core.

Your responsibilities

1. Build and evolve core backend services in a fast-paced mission-driven team
2. Deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code
3. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across the business
4. Act as a mentor for junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert
5. Ensure quality through testing and code reviews
6. Promote best practices across backend engineering
