Your responsibilities

1. Support engineering transformation by coordinating with multiple domains on Engineering uplift initiatives.
2. Liaise with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups.
3. Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and generate status reports.
4. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and engineering maturity.
5. Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways.
6. Understand and align work across different domains, including Storage, Network, Compute, and Platforms,ensuring consistency in standards and practices.
