• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
• Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, org management)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in working closely with HR teams and understanding their needs
• Good knowledge of labor law or willingness to quickly gain understanding (strong plus)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Your responsibilities

1. Serve as the main administrator for SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with focus on the Employee Central module
2. Support and maintain HR processes and workflows in the system
3. Collaborate closely with HR Key Users to gather requirements and ensure smooth operations
4. Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
5. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
6. Participate in HR system improvements, updates, and documentation
