Requirements description

• Strong understanding of industrial design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the defence sector is a strong plus.
• Experience with PLM solutions (e.g. PTC or Dassault Systèmes) is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 5 years of experience
• Fluent in Polish and English

Offer description

The Business Consultant will work with large industry companies to optimize their design and manufacturing processes using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes, particularly in the design and manufacturing of complex systems.

While expert knowledge in PLM is not required, the candidate should be able to effectively leverage PLM solutions to drive improvements.

The role involves leading and facilitating workshops with key users and their management to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure strong adoption and successful implementation of the target solutions.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design and manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.      Utilize PLM solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
2. Lead and facilitate workshops with key users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
3. Develop and present detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and financial data.
5. Provide ongoing advisory activities and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve consulting services.
