Skills and qualities for success

• Solid expertise in Java with over 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Maven.
• Practical experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one major database engine.
• Excellent command of Git.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written; German or another European language is an asset.
• Previous experience in international project environments.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical field.
• At least 5 years in a similar IT role within a corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in Python, Java, and common Java frameworks.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is required.

• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with the Camunda Platform.
• Background in microservices architecture.
