  •   Experience in recruitment min. 1 year.

  •   Experience in recruiting for finance and accounting roles & IT profiles will be added value.

  •   Fluent English (at least B2).

  •   Attention to details and orientation to quality.

  •   Proactivity and problem solving.

  •   Curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things.

  •   Very good communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE

You will start your journey with ServiceNow performing simpler task to help experts deliver project. This will consist of smaller configuration and customization activities to help you get used to the platform and our way of working. After that you will move to more complicated/independent tasks and specific module specialization.

Your responsibilities

  1. Conduct end-to-end volume recruitment processes, for senior level positions (Finance & Accounting, Inteligent Automation, IT roles, HR etc.)
  2. Contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources like LinkedIn, actions on social media, offering candidates.
  3. Take care of candidate experience and quality of recruitment process.
  4. Regular reporting about recruitment progress
