• 10+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a similar leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Python and strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) with a focus on PaaS services and multi-layered architectures.
• Proficiency in VueJS or similar frontend frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong architectural design skills and experience building MVPs under uncertainty.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Offer description

We’re building a newly formed cross-functional team, bringing together a Product Owner, statisticians, and a UX/UI specialist to create a new, scalable product from the ground up. As the technical lead, you’ll help shape the architecture, set development practices, and guide the team toward successful delivery.

This is a hands-on role, especially in the early stages — you’ll be designing and coding core components, making key architectural decisions, and mentoring developers as the team grows.

Your responsibilities

1. Design and build the MVP architecture using Python, cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), and VueJS (or similar).
2. Lead and mentor a small development team.
3. Work closely with statisticians to integrate complex mathematical models into the product.
4. Drive technical decisions under uncertainty and solve problems at pace.
5. Ensure high-quality releases through modern CI/CD pipelines.
6. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
