THE WORK

• Monitoring customers accounts
• Identifying outstanding balances due for collection
• Contacting by email and phone calls  the customers with open receivables due for payment
• Helping in resolution of potential issues and disputes
• Documenting collection activities in designed tool
• Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers

We offer flexible hybrid work model with the offfice located at Przyokopowa 26, Warsaw.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Fluent Italian and English, spoken and written
• Very strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activities
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Positive and target-oriented approach
• Eagerness to develop knowledge and skills in the areas of accounting and process management
• MS Office (Excel) skills would be an asset
• Experience in Accounts Receivable would be an advantage
