Overview:

We are looking for an AI Developer to join our team and help develop production-ready models for content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources. The ideal candidate should have experience in Intelligent Document Processing using open-source models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application-specific designs.

👉 A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment is required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy ML models for content extraction and classification.
• Work on Intelligent Document Processing using traditional models and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with business and transformation teams to understand application requirements.
• Develop Python/ML/OCR-based components.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across different environments and platforms.
• Create, test, and iterate on new and existing products and features.
• Participate in Agile/DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing, using both traditional models and Generative AI (especially open-source models) to drive business outcomes.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a large company (corporate or enterprise-scale environment).
• Strong hands-on experience delivering Python-based solutions to production, particularly in the areas of:
• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Image Processing, OCR.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, OpenCV, Regex, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering secure and resilient production code, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and the reliability of applications and APIs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL for data storage and management.
• Proficiency in Azure services, especially: Azure Virtual Machine, Azure CLI, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in teams with frequent production releases and a high delivery cadence.
