Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Automation Test Lead with hands on experience in testing Salesforce solutions, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will be leading the automation testing effort, drive best practices. A strong grasp of JavaScript/ TypeScript, BDD frameworks and tools like Playwright is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of automated test strategies for Salesforce based applications
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• BDD- style test automation implementation
• Ensure high quality standards through test planning, test case design and automated execution
• Mentor and guide testers, ensuring consistent execution of QA best practices
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automated testing
• Strong exposure to Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Hands on experience with Cucumber (BDD) integrated with Selenium
• Hands on experience with Playwright for UI test automation
• Proven experience leading QA efforts all small teams in Agile environments
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
