Which tasks can you expect?
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
What do you have to offer?
Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Sound knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module (preferably Onboarding).
Experience in the implementation of IT projects in the HR area, including requirements analysis, process design and implementation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
Fluent Polish and English language skills
