Team Connect is a leading Polish provider of nearshore and offshore IT services. Since 2008, we have been successfully creating and developing software for our clients. We specialize in software development based on Agile and DevOps. From analysis to implementation. We create backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

We are also a certified Salesforce partner.

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to join the team implementing a strategic implementation for one of Microsoft's partners in an end-client delivery model.

The project includes:

• rollout of Dynamics 365 F&O in an international environment,

• integration with supporting systems (legacy ERP, WMS, CRM),

• expansion of the process architecture in the areas of finance and operations,

• direct impact on the implementation roadmap and functional architecture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant for D365 F&O / AX,

• participation in at least one full AX 2012 or D365 F&O implementation cycle,

• good knowledge of processes in at least two areas: finance, SCM/logistics, production, controlling,

• ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and create architectural concepts,

• English language proficiency – at least B2/C1 (international project, team and client communication).

Nice to have:

• MS Solution Architect certification (not required),

• experience with Power Platform and Power BI,

• tool knowledge: Azure DevOps, Jira,

• experience in international projects – remote work for clients in the UK, DACH, and Scandinavia is preferred.
