Ecommerce Accounting Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support quick rollouts in the E-commerce accounting area. The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP S/4Hana experience, specifically in sales and distribution, billing, omni-channel processes, and payment allocation. Knowledge of intercompany billing is considered an advantage.

This role focuses on providing assistance in SAP end-user testing, collaborating with implementation partners to resolve defects, engaging in cutover and data migration, as well as providing hypercare support to end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operational and project teams to test, validate, and deploy new systems.

• Gather, analyze, model, and interpret large data sets to test data migration.

• Make recommendations and collaborate with end-users to implement features or changes for improved efficiencies.

• Verify technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.

• Assist in writing test plans/scripts and participate in the testing of configurations.

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues, including creating and executing reports to analyze data.

• Support global rollout planning in the Ecommerce area, working closely with project and operational teams.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4Hana in the context of E-commerce accounting.

• Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.

• Experience in billing and omni-channel processes.

• Knowledge of payment allocation procedures.

• Familiarity with data migration processes and end-user testing.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in providing troubleshooting and support for ERP systems.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of intercompany billing procedures.

• Experience with global rollout planning in a remote setting.
