This project focuses on enhancing the end-user experience by driving digital transformation and improving operational efficiency. The initiative aims to modernize legacy systems, reduce operational risk, and implement a more streamlined, cloud-based service model.

A core element of the project is the development of a client-facing portal for corporate actions, enabling users to review and submit their investment elections securely and conveniently 24/7. The portal will improve transparency and reduce manual processing by offering a fully digital interaction model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical system designs and implementations.

• Perform software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.

• Execute system tests and user acceptance testing; support system implementation.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with bank development standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve both production and non-production application issues.

• Assist in designing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD tools and build pipelines when necessary.

• Recommend and implement improvements to existing Java/React application processes.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and Ansible.

• AWS experience is preferred.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology is a plus.

• Knowledge of React, Jest, and Testing Library is a strong advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, open-minded, and a strong team player.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
