We’re looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of those products and lead them to market success.

What You’ll Do

As our Product Manager, you’ll be the operational and strategic lead for launching and growing our internal SaaS products - from early validation to go-to-market and scaling. You will:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery, roadmap, MVP definition, through to launch and post-launch iterations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, AI, marketing, and sales - to align product development with business goals.

• Conduct customer discovery interviews, gather feedback, validate problem-solution fit, and iterate quickly based on data.

• Define product requirements, user stories, edge cases, and technical considerations in collaboration with developers.

• Coordinate product releases and ensure every launch includes documentation, onboarding, knowledge base, customer support setup, and payment flows.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

• Help build and scale customer support processes, self-service documentation, and retention mechanisms.

• Prioritize and manage feature development in agile cycles, balancing speed with quality.

• Understand and explain technical trade-offs, API integrations, scalability constraints, and system limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Keep an eye on technology trends (especially in automation, AI, and SaaS tooling) to inform product vision and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech startups.

• A track record of launching successful SaaS products (web and/or mobile) with real users and revenue.

• Experience in working on customer-facing platforms that include support, billing, onboarding, and integrations.

• Strong understanding of agile product development and modern release practices (CI/CD, MVP-first, iterative rollout).

• Comfortable working with technical topics - you don’t need to code, but you should speak “developer” fluently.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.

• Familiarity with common SaaS tools and stacks (billing systems, CRM, analytics, support software, etc.)

• Data-driven decision maker, able to define success metrics and track product performance.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Polish.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS in domains like automation, analytics, integrations, or AI.

• Previous involvement in building customer support infrastructure or self-serve knowledge bases.

• Familiarity with our stack: Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redis, Kubernetes, AI/ML models.
