IT Data Analyst (Power BI)

Responsibilities:

• Design, create and maintain the reports based on daily, regular needs
• Analyze the data -> strategic business support and identify potential problems
• Lead the problem to definite solution
• An important part of service improvement process

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of exprience on similar position
• Fluent Polish & English skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details
• Advanced Knowledge of Power BI
• Practical knowledge of SQL and ability to create advanced SQL queries
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
• Good understanding of IT landscape
• Understanding of data flow concepts
• Team oriented, collaborative approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Very good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage different working styles to effectively influence partners
• Strong customer focus skills
