5+ years’ experience in enterprise-grade software development, particularly in back-end systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and availability; University degree in Computer Science or similar field; experience in C#, Azure.
A track record of leadership in agile environments, particularly with Scrum, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to a variety of audiences and foster mutual understanding across cultural and technical boundaries.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects from ideation through delivery, and navigate ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
Your responsibilities
Lead and inspire a diverse team of 11 Software Development Engineers in developing cloud and edge-based solutions that meet real-world needs.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align team efforts with strategic business goals, ensuring alignment and transparency in planning and execution of R&D initiatives.
Create a psychologically safe environment where team members are encouraged to take initiative, share ideas, and challenge assumptions.
Build strong partnerships across global teams—including stakeholders in Finland and Norway—as well as with third-party partners.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, fostering resilience and agility within the team to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
