Our requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in automotive software testing, calibration or diagnostics
  • Proficiency with ECU testing tools (Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, Indigo or equivalent, Matlab, Simulink, D-Space)
  • Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
  • Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems and test-management tools like multi-meters and oscilloscope
  • Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English; additional European language skills are a plus
  • Driving license

Optional

  • Experience in ADAS feature calibration
  • Willingness to travel within Europe

Your responsibilities

  • ECU Support & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software defects in in-vehicle ECUs featuring multiple functional modules.
  • Issue Management: Act as the primary interface between our customers and the R&D team—log, prioritize, and track bug reports through to resolution.
  • Regression & Validation Testing: Design and execute test cases (manual and semi-automated) to verify fixes and prevent regressions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to test-plan updates, validation strategies, and process enhancements to streamline maintenance workflows.
  • On-Site & Hybrid Collaboration: Work predominantly on client sites across Europe, with a hybrid schedule from our Poland offices (Kraków) as project needs dictate.
