Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
Strong technical skills across multiple technology domains, including cloud computing, AI/ML, software development, APIs, databases, and integration technologies.
Experience with architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically to develop innovative solutions.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Optional
Experience working with travel technology solutions such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), or travel management platforms.
Knowledge of industry standards and protocols related to travel technology, such as NDC (New Distribution Capability) and OpenTravel Alliance.
Certifications in relevant technology areas such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Solution Architecture and Design:
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges in the travel industry.
Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage our technology products and services to meet client needs and deliver measurable business value.
Design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that incorporate best practices and industry standards.
Technology Expertise:
Gain a deep understanding of our travel technology stack, including booking engines, reservation systems, APIs, and web-based applications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on solution architecture, integration strategies, and implementation approaches.
Client Engagement and Consultation:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on technology solutions that address their business challenges and opportunities.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and technical assessments to gather requirements, define use cases, and align solutions with client goals.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to present proposed solutions to clients and support the sales process.
Solution Implementation Support:
Partner with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and project management, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Create technical documentation, solution architectures, and design specifications to communicate solution designs and implementation details to clients and internal stakeholders.
Share best practices, lessons learned, and technical insights with colleagues through training sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge sharing platforms.
