Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct technical support for users and IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
  • German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level and English proficiency at a minimum of B1 level
  • Readiness to work in a 24/7 shift system, limited to the factory in Jawor
  • Motivation for continuous learning and professional development in a dynamic technical environment
  • Residing in Poland required

Optional

  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with TeamViewer, RDP, Remote Desktop, VPN
  • Career development plans in the IT field
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing IT operations support by handling tasks related to production, quality, logistics, and resolving network or infrastructure issues
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware and software on the shop floor or in the control center, following available documentation
  • Managing system tickets by creating, updating, and closing requests to ensure efficient problem resolution
  • Maintaining network infrastructure and devices through patching, troubleshooting, and overseeing the proper functioning of the shop floor equipment
