Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligation Management, Renewal/Amendment, Reporting),
Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping,
Familiarity with common contracting challenges in either all or any of: procurement, sales, and legal,
Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs,
Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or DocuSign CLM or eg. TrustOne, ServiceNow for Legal, low code platforms),
Experience in platform configuration, workflow design, clause libraries, and metadata modelling,
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.

Understanding of data migration, integration (e.g., with ERP/CRM systems), and reporting tools,
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI),
Certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or other CLM tools,
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) are a bonus.
Your responsibilities
Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries,
Collaborating with clients' legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to gather and analyse requirements,
Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications,
Configuring CLM platforms or support custom development teams,
Assisting in testing, training, change management, and go-live activities,
Providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
