Coordinate survey translations and cross-market testing in collaboration with local People & Culture teams to ensure cultural relevance and clarity.
Training & Support
Deliver training sessions and onboarding for Local Glint Administrators and Line Managers, and provide ongoing support through documentation and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
Monitor platform updates and emerging capabilities (e.g., AI summarization, Viva Insights integration), and recommend enhancements to improve the employee listening experience.
